The purpose of the Ipsos Healthcare Community is to create a simple and efficient platform for you. This platform enables us to inform you of research we are conducting that might be relevant to you, to invite you to participate to these surveys but also to give you the possibility to check and redeemed your incentive in a faster and more secure way. We hope you find your Ipsos Healthcare Community experience worthwhile and rewarding and we look forward to your participation in our surveys.

Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Within this confirmation email there will be an activation link, which you have to click on to confirm your membership of the Ipsos Healthcare Community.

We will then contact you via phone or email to validate your information, including your License/ME number and a scan of the document. Once we have confirmed and validated your information you will have access to your account and will begin to receive Surveys to begin your participation.

Once you have completed the Registration form, an activation link will be sent to the email address you have provided. Clicking on this link will finalize the registration process and activate your account.

We ask that you provide us with your ME/ GMC/ RRPS or medical licence number in order to verify your identity when you register for our panel.

If you do not have a licence number, our support will contact you with any additional information they may need in order to finalise the verification process

The information you provide us with when joining the Ipsos Healthcare Community enables us to invite you to participate in surveys that are relevant to you and to remunerate you for your time.

Once your account information has been verified and your account has been activated, you will begin to receive survey invitations as they become available for your expertise.

We will invite you to participate when surveys matching your interests and professional expertise become available.

You can complete these surveys at your convenience from virtually any computer with an Internet connection whether at home or at the office. There are no obligation for you to participate in any survey.

Once you have redeemed your Promocode for your Prepaid Master Card:

  • If you picked a virtual card please allow 5-10 business days for your incentive to be delivered to your email inbox
  • If you picked a physical Master Card incentive, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery via the postal system.

When accessing the Ipsos Healthcare Community portal, the system requires that you enter your account password exactly as it is stored in the system. Your account password is case sensitive and capital letters must be entered as capital letters.

If you have forgotten how your password is saved in your account, either:

  • Click on the I have forgotten my password button on the landing page or
  • Contact our support team at Europe.Online@ipsos.com and we will send you a password reset email.

Once logged in to your Ipsos Healthcare Community account via the member portal, the amount of available honoraria will be showed in the Rewards page.

Your incentives are synced automatically to your account when you complete a study. You can then choose to either redeem that amount immediately or keep earning more money and redeem it at a later stage.

When you are ready, you can access your funds by:

  1. Logging into your account via our member portal
  2. Click on "My Rewards" or filter by categories, brand or value
  3. Choose one of the incentive options available to you in your awards catalogue.

If your incentive has not been added to your Balance upon completion of a study, please contact our support team at Europe.Online@ipsos.com

Please make sure you provide us with the complete survey number and we will look into the issue as quickly as possible.

Your membership with the Ipsos Healthcare Community is always voluntary.

If you no longer wish to participate in our surveys:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on "Update Profile"
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. Click on the "click here" link to cancel your membership.

Or contact our support our support team at Europe.Online@ipsos.com to inform us of your wish to unsubscribe.

Please ensure that you have redeemed any available balance in your account prior to unsubscribing. If at a later date you chose to have your account reactivated, please contact our support team at Europe.Online@ipsos.com.
